  • No, we do not accept walk-ins. To book an appointment, please visit our online booking page at: https://the-polished-providers.square.site/s/appointments.

  • No, we do not offer couple massages at this time.

  • Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time for check-in.

  • To cancel or reschedule, please contact us or use our booking website at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid a service charge.

    Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% charge.

    No-shows or missed appointments without prior notice will be charged 100% of the service cost.
